The absence of an elevator made our stay difficult, especially with our luggage. We received help only upon checking in, but there were no staff members to assist us on our way out. The bathroom design was oddly cramped, making it uncomfortable.

my wife and I spent 2 nights here and really enjoyed our stay, as it was just a few steps to the Duomo and only a 10-minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio, making our weekend city strolls super convenient and enjoyable.

Perfect location! ! Just a short walk to the train station! I was really impressed how friendly the staff was. they even helped carry our bags up since there’s no elevator. The daily cleaning was solid too, our room stayed tidy.
