Excellent location for exploring Florence's attractions.
We received help only upon checking in, but there were no staff members to assist us on our way out. The bathroom design was oddly cramped.

hotel is very close to the train station. About 3 blocks away. It's also 3 blocks from the Duomo, one block from Santa Maria Novella... it's close to everything! location is a ten! room was small but functional, always clean. It had air! Maybe it lacked a frigobar. divine staff! guy at the reception desk, as soon as we arrived, grabbed a map and Marco did everything we had to do and gave us great advice on how to eat. Breakfast was complete. We arrived in the morning and check in was at 14hs, so we left our bags there and could use the bathroom. It's a good hotel, nice outside and inside, with a great location. Firenze seems very safe, we were never afraid to walk around the area, because it's the historical center and there are always people. We rented a car and hotel recommended a parking lot that we didn't use because we got a free place to leave it.
only thing that doesn't have an elevator. We were in it. 4th floor with two giant suitcases, guys at the front desk helped us carry them up and down

The location was a lifesaver, close to all attractions, and I enjoyed the clean, cozy room despite its small size.

perfect rooms, spacious, with air conditioning, towels, blankets, hair dryer (although just mine was not working), has TV but no international channels. It doesn't have an elevator but the guys at the reception help you up and down the luggage and are very friendly! wifi connection wasn't wow but it was a good one to use whatsapp. Basic but good breakfast: croissants, toast, jam, butter, yoghurt, granola, cereals, puddings, tea, fruit salad, very complete coffee machine and nectar juices in another very nice machine! spectacular location: a Conad supermarket two blocks away. Train station 5/7 minutes walk. Duomo 5'. Ponte vecchio 20'. Piazale Michelangelo (free viewpoint of the city is a small square) about 30' (worth going). Everything is done on foot. Totally recommendable! Super safe area for walking at night is full of light and movement. It's very clean, impeccable!
To say the least, perhaps to improve: the pillows are a little hard. International TV or sports channels. A salty option at breakfast. A slightly stronger wifi signal to watch videos in the room. Enhancement options, nothing to overshadow my stay

Oh man, the seafood at nearby restaurants like Trattoria Mario was out of this world! Breakfast was a surprise delight, and the rooftop views from our room were a perfect start to each day.

perfect roaming base for exploring florence's highlights
my wife and I spent 2 nights here and really enjoyed our stay, as it was just a few steps to the Duomo and only a 10-minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio, making our weekend city strolls super convenient and enjoyable.
